TUESDAY & THURSDAY | 6:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.
People often compare boxing to fencing with fists. At XFC, we understand that the pure physique of a boxer is only one part of the equation. Technical skill is one of the four pillars that define “The Sweet Science.” The other three — tactics, conditioning, and mental strength — must all work together like gears to create a complete boxer.
Footwork forms the foundation, combining stability with agility. Every punch begins in the feet, pivots through the hips, and flows through the arms, carrying the body’s full power to the target. Boxing is a continuous interplay of tension and relaxation — as the legend said, “Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.”
Through repetition, precision, and rhythm, students develop coordination, agility, strength, explosiveness, speed, and endurance. At XFC, we also emphasize the mental side of boxing — pushing both physical and mental boundaries. The mind is the decisive factor in every duel. Self-awareness, willpower, discipline, respect, and responsibility are all part of the character-building process that boxing demands.
Whether you’re a beginner or competitor, a recreational athlete or professional boxer — man or woman — XFC trains hard but fair. Here, the sport comes first, not the fight. We never fight against someone; we always train for something — a principle we proudly share with “The Greatest of All Time.”
